Important vendor information
You will find important information about the 2024 ToyotaPowered Event below!
- Late vendor registration is still available but we are running out of available spots.
- Vendors must contribute 1 one vendor-unique product to give away in our free raffle at the end of the event. Please click here to register the item.
- Vendors may set up shop only in the designated vendor area (See map below)
- Vendors will be greeted by ToyotaPowered staff and guide vendors on where to set up
- Locations are picked on a first come first serve basis
- Vendors must stay for the duration of the event (1pm)
- Vendors are allowed to have a 10x10 tent and one company rig. (Unless previously discussed with us)
- Sales of merch/parts/products ARE allowed. No food/drink sales.
